Happy St. Patrick’s Day.
While the day has taken on a life of its own in the form of pots of gold, shamrocks, green beer, and the promise of a country without snakes, there are important truths about St. Patrick’s life that should not be missed. Here are a few things that I posted over at LeaderWorks…and a few others.
- Some thoughts about St. Paul, St. Patrick, and the Confessions of the Irish legend. Read about Patrick and his ‘Confessions” here.
- I led a group of people through Ireland a few years ago. Incredible country. If you want to learn about the NEXT trip to Ireland, stay tuned here. It will be published in about a week. Sign up for that anywhere on the LeaderWorks site.
- I stood where St. Patrick stood (about) and thought about some deep things from the end of the world.
- Some legends are true. Ireland is snakeless. But National Geographic blames the ice age, not Patrick. Of course.
