The late Rev. Thomas McKenzie was a husband, father, friend, pastor, author, speaker, movie reviewer, and, by grace alone, the beloved of Jesus. He lived in Nashville with his wife and two children. He was ordained in the Anglican Church in 1998 and was the founding rector of Church of the Redeemer in Nashville, Tennessee. Fr. Thomas was an important friend of and early contributor to the site now known as Anglican Compass. Along with his oldest child, he passed away in an automobile accident on August 21, 2021.
