About Our Parish
Anglican Church of the Resurrection (Brewster, MA) seeks a part-time, Spirit-filled Vicar to lead our small senior Bible-based church congregation. We are a member of the Anglican Diocese of New England.
We are a welcoming community committed to worshiping God through Word, Sacrament, and fellowship. As part of the Anglican Church in North America, our faith is grounded in Scripture and expressed through reverent worship, heartfelt prayer, and the singing of both classic hymns and theologically-rich modern songs. As a church family, we strive to live out our faith in everyday life, trusting that God continues His work in us as we follow Him.
About Our Community
The outer Cape includes a large geographic area fronting on the Atlantic Ocean. The residents are largely seasonal and of retirement age. We are blessed with beautiful surroundings including spectacular beaches and excellent fishing. We serve a community that includes the surrounding towns of Eastham, Orleans, Harwich and Chatham. The Anglican Church of the Resurrection has close relationships with the Cape Cod Christian Academy, whose building we hold services in. The public school system is also highly regarded in this area.
