Convocation of the West MDAS Synod & Clericus

• Convocation of the West (MDAS) * 2025 Clericus and Regional Synod
• This year the Anglican Convocation of the West will be holding its annual Clericus in conjunction with its Regional Synod in Mesilla, New Mexico, April 22, 23, 24 and 25.
• The Clericus will be lead by Bishop Darryl Fitzwater. During the Clericus, the clergy will be renewing their ordination vows at the Celebration of the Holy Eucharist. 
• We will also be holding our first Women’s Retreat. It will be taking place at the same time as the Clericus.
• During the Clericus, the clergy will be renewing their ordination vows. After the Clericus, our retreat will continue with our Synod. All are invited to stay on for this part.
• Finally, the business portion of the Synod will be a hybrid model. Those who cannot attend in person can do so via Zoom.

WHO:
The Synod is for all clergy, plus two delegates from each church in the Convocation of the West.

The Women’s Retreat are for all women attending the Clericus and Synod. Though a hybrid model may be used, the presenter, Lisa Marion, prefers in person attendance.
The Clericus is for all the clergy and candidates of the Convocation of the West in particular; others, lay or clergy, are most welcome as well. Those coming for Synod are most welcome to stay and fellowship with us.
