All Nations – Synod and Church Planting Bootcamp

Registration opens February 1st and closes May 1st. After May 1st, late registration will be available for $200 which WILL NOT include meals, printed materials, or any of the gifts associated with on time registration since the orders for these items will have already been placed.

Clergy, lay delegates, and attendees can register online by clicking the green “TICKETS” button. Full registration includes a buffet meal on Thursday evening and a boxed lunch on Friday. Registration cost by type:

Clergy – $160 (Diocesan clergy in good standing will register as ADAN clergy. Non-diocesan clergy will register in the Non-ADAN Clergy category)

Lay Delegate – $160 (Each parish in the diocese may register up to two lay delegates. Only registered delegates may speak and vote in the diocesan business meeting)

Lay Non-delegate – $160 (Attendees may attend all synod activities but will not be able to speak or vote during the diocesan business meeting)

Attendee registration without meals – $60 (This registration permits access as an attnedee to all synod events except meals. Because table fellowship is an important part of our life together, all clergy and delegate registrations include meals.

Rectors of each parish will receive a printed copy of the Bishop’s address. Additional printed copies are available to order for $15.

The Diocesan Evangelism Task Force is hosting a Church Planting Boot Camp on June 5th from 9am to 3pm. There is no charge for this program but you must register to participate. Please contact Bishop Seely with any questions on the Church Planting Boot Camp.

Please be aware that all boxes must be filled-in for the registration process to be complete. Last year a number of clergy and lay delegates left some of the boxes incomplete which is why issues ensued. In other words, do not leave anything unanswered.
