In his address at GAFCON IV in Kigali, Archbishop Foley Beach identified “Four Marks of Modern Anglicanism”: 1) A Repenting Church, 2) A Reconciling Church, 3) A Reproducing Church, and 4) A Relentlessly Compassionate Church.
The Most Reverend Foley Beach is the Bishop Ordinary of the Anglican Diocese of the South, the Archbishop and Primate of the Anglican Church of North America, and the Chairman of GAFCON.
