The Rev. Ron Offringa is the planting priest of Rancho Cucamonga Anglican Church in Rancho Cucamonga, California.. He grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, attending Hermosa and Banyan Elementaries, Vineyard Junior High, and Los Osos High School. He then attended Chaffey College before completing a B.A. in History from California State University, San Bernardino. After discerning a call to ordained ministry he attended Talbot School of Theology and holds an M.A. in Classical Theology. Before planting Rancho Cucamonga Anglican, Fr. Ron served for more than a decade at Christ’s Church in Yucaipa, CA as music director, deacon, and assisting priest. He and his wife Katelyn have been married since 2012 and are raising their three children, James (7), Thomas (5), and Charlotte (3). Katelyn is a speech-language pathologist working in the Colton School District. When he isn’t chasing three kids around, Fr. Ron enjoys playing guitar, reading, landscape photography, running a D&D campaign, playing old video games, and grappling with the mysteries of the Trinity.
