Website Redesign
Behind the scenes, the major story at Anglican Compass was our website redesign, which went live over the summer! Updates include:
- Architecture: new WordPress theme, reduced plug-ins, improved speed.
- Styling: colors, fonts, sizes, edges, spacing.
- Page designs: home, article, article search, about, author.
- Content categories: a new system for categorizing and searching articles.
- Giving: integrated giving with FundraiseUp, a best-in-class non-profit giving tool.
We also added a brand new Events page, now featuring over 100 events across the ACNA!
Books
Finally, it’s been a great year in book publishing! Adding to our list of essential volumes (including Simply Anglican and The Rector, the Vestry, and the Bishop), we’ve published three new volumes.
Serving families, we have two new volumes by Ashley Tumlin Wallace:
And serving pastors, whose pain-point is preaching the same occasions year after year, we published a new volume by David Roseberry:
Each of this year’s books launched as an Amazon #1 New Release in Anglican Christianity!
Looking Forward to 2025
As we look forward to 2025, we thank God that our ministry is advancing on all fronts:
Articles
Having recently welcomed multiple new authors, we expect 2025 to set a record for quantity and depth of content across all key areas.
Website
Building on the success of our website redesign, we continue to develop seasonal pages, develop categories, and clean up content from our archive. We are now approaching 1500 articles! We are also working to significantly expand the content on our Events page to showcase special events in parishes and dioceses nationwide.
Books
Three new volumes are already in process for 2025. Stay tuned!
